Reba McEntire Biography
McEntire's
siblings Pake McEntire and Susie Luchsinger have also pursued singing
careers. While Reba was the wife of rodeo champion Charlie Battles from
1976-1987, she is currently married to her manager, Narvel Blackstock.
She has done a considerable amount of acting, most notably in the cult
horror flick Tremors and some forgettable TV movies. She has had a
best-selling autobiography, Reba: My Story, and has become something of
a music-industry entrepreneur: Her Starstruck Entertainment company,
which built massive offices on Nashville's Music Row in 1996, has
included publishing, management, publicity, film and aviation divisions.
In 1998, she teamed up with country duo Brooks & Dunn for an unusual
cross-promotional project: the release of B&D's album If You See Her
coincided with the release of her own If You See Him, along with the
duet single "If You See Him/ If You See Her."
